SHAI KIDS was created so that children start enjoying their bath time. Bath time should not be something they “have to do” or “should do.” It’s something that that they look forward to, without having to be coaxed.

As a board-certified Dermatologist (M.D., M.B.B.S), I have had the privilege of treating thousands of patients and witnessing the joys and challenges of parenthood firsthand. It was during these interactions that the seed for Shai Kids was planted.
Driven by my commitment to improving the lives of my patients, I set out on a mission to create formulations that would not only meet the highest dermatological standards but also be suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Shai Beauty was the first step in this journey, offering a range of essential skin care products that I could confidently recommend to my patients.
But the journey didn’t stop there. The more I delved into the world of skincare, the more I felt the need to extend this care and dedication to our little ones. Shai Kids was born out of a heartfelt desire to provide children with the same level of quality and safety that I would want for my own three precious kids.
I realized that there was a significant gap in the market for safe, effective, and trusted child skin and bath care products. Many parents were struggling to find products that were gentle enough for their little ones’ delicate skin and yet effective enough after their outdoor play and in a hot humid climate.
Shai Kids is not just another brand to me; it’s a labour of love. It’s a brand that I have conceptualized, formulated, and wholeheartedly pursued because I understand, as a hands-on mother and a paediatric dermatologist the importance of every product that touches our children’s skin.
